Fluffy Lemon Fruit Pie


  • 1 can cherry pie filling
  • 1 graham cracker pie crust (I used shortbread pie crust)
  • 1 pkg 8-oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup cold milk
  • 1 pkg 4 serving size lemon pudding (instant)
  • 1 8-oz tub Cool Whip
  1. Spread half of pie filling in crust
  2. In a large bowl beat cream cheese with a wire whisk until smooth. Gradually beat in milk until well blended. Add pudding mix. Beat until smooth. Gently stir in 1/2 tub of Cool Whip
  3. Spread over pie filling in crust
  4. Spread remaining Cool Whip over pudding mixture
  5. Spoon remaining cherry pie filling over Cool Whip layer
  6. Refrigerate 3 hours
