Flavorful Sausage Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. bulk pork sausage
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1/2 Cup dry bread crumbs
  • 3/4 Cup ketchup
  • 1/4 Cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 T. vinegar
  • 2 T. soy sauce
  1. In a bowl, combine sausage and egg.
  2. Sprinkle with bread crumbs; mix well.
  3. Shape into 1 inch balls.
  4. In a skillet, brown meatballs; drain.
  5. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over meatballs.
  6. Simmer for 10 minutes or till meat is no longer pink
