Fat-Free Chocolate Cream Cheese Pie
- 1/2 cup grapenuts
- 4 tsp. diet margarine
- 8 oz. fat-free cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup fat-free sour cream
- 1 4-oz. pkg. chocolate instant pudding
- Light whipped topping, optional
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix cereal & margarine in bowl. Pat into 9 inch pie pan. Bake at 350º for 10 minutes. Cool.
- Combine cream cheese, sour cream & pudding mix in a bowl; mix well. Spread into pie shell.
- Chill or freeze until set. Serve with whipped topping.
