I Fall to Peaches-Peach Cobbler

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 21-oz. can peach pie filling
  1. Place butter in a 13 x9 x 2 inch baking dish
  2. Bake at 350º until melted.
  3. Combine flour and next 4 ingredients. Stir in milk
  4. Pour batter evenly over butter
  5. Spoon pie filling over batter (do not stir)
  6. Bake at 350º for 30 to 35 minutes or until browned
