Eskimo Joes Chunky Chicken Chili


1 tablespoon of salad oil

3/4 cup of diced onion

3/4 cup of diced green bell pepper

1 teaspoon of minced garlic

1 tablespoon of diced green chilies

1 tablespoon of chili powder

3/4 teaspoon of cumin

1/2 teaspoon of oregano

1/8 teaspoon of cayenne

1 lb. of diced cooked chicken

1-10 oz. can of crushed tomatoes

1-10 oz. can of diced tomatoes

1/2 cup of chili sauce

1 cup water

1/2 tablespoon of chicken base

1/2 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce

1/2 teaspoon of black pepper


Heat oil over medium heat. Add onion, bell pepper, garlic and green chilies. Cook until softened- about five minutes. Add chili powder, cumin, oregano, cayenne, cooked chicken and black pepper. Mix and add remaining ingredients. Heat for about ten minutes. Tastes great served on pasta.
