Ernest T’s EZ Coconut Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 stick margarine
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup self-rising flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 can flaked coconut
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp coconut flavoring
  1. Soften margarine and beat in eggs. Add sugar, flour and milk. Mix in coconut and flavorings
  2. Pour into deep dish pie pan
  3. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes at 350°
  4. Better if refrigerated overnight
