Electric Mixer Pastry


  • 1/4 C. shortening
  • 3/4 C. flour
  • 1/2 t. salt
  • 2 T. cold water
  1. Place shortening, flour, and salt in mixer bowl
  2. Blend at low speed for 1/2 minute or till it is the consistency of cornmeal
  3. Add all the water at one time and mix low about 15 second till dough clings together
  4. Shape into ball. It should feel moist.
    The recipe ends there so I assume you continue as you would with any other crust
