Egg Custard Pie Without Crust

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup self-rising flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 stick (1/2 cup) oleo, room temperature
  • 2 cups milk
  1. Mix flour, sugar, eggs and oleo well. Add milk. Beat until blended.
  2. Pour into 10 inch pie plate.
  3. Bake at 350º until it forms its own crust, about 45 minutes. Do not over bake.
