Egg and Bacon Soufflé

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. bacon, cooked crispy and crumbled
  • 9 eggs, beaten
  • 9 slices bread, cubed
  • 1-1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1-1/2 tsp. salt (opt.)
  • 1-1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  1. Beat eggs. Add rest of the ingredients.
  2. Pour into a greased 9×13 pan and refrigerate overnight.
  3. Bake at 325° for 45 minutes-1 hour.
  4. Let set for 10 minutes. Cut and serve.
