Easy Pecan Shortbread

4 cups all-purpose flour
2 cups margarine
1 1/4 cups powdered sugar
1 tablespoon Clabber Girl Baking Powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup finely chopped pecans

Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. With electric mixer, beat margarine until fluffy. Add dry mixture slowly, blending with hands, and add pecans.

Pat into two 9-inch square cake pans. Bake at 325 degrees F. for 40 minutes; cool on wire racks. Cut into squares when completely cool.
