- 1 lb. Braunschweiger liverwurst
- 1/2 lb. bacon, finely chopped (Trim off fat before cooking)
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. dried thyme
- 1 tsp. crushed garlic
- Sauté the bacon, onion, parsley, thyme and garlic in a little butter.
- Blend sautéed ingredients in a food processor with the liverwurst, adding a little water as needed to make a smooth pate.
