Easy Pate

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Braunschweiger liverwurst
  • 1/2 lb. bacon, finely chopped (Trim off fat before cooking)
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. dried thyme
  • 1 tsp. crushed garlic
  • butter
  1. Sauté the bacon, onion, parsley, thyme and garlic in a little butter.
  2. Blend sautéed ingredients in a food processor with the liverwurst, adding a little water as needed to make a smooth pate.
