Easy Crock Pot Stew

Ingredients

  • 2 – 3 lb. chuck roast
  • 1 pkg. stew mix vegetables
  • 1 packet dry onion soup mix
  • 2 cups warm tap water
  • 1 can (6 oz.) tomato paste
  1. Cut beef into large pieces
  2. Combine beef and vegetables in crock pot
  3. Mix dry soup with water. Pour over beef and vegetables and stir. Cook 4 hours on high
  4. Remove beef and vegetables from crock pot. Place in serving bowl/platter
  5. Mix tomato paste with remaining juices in crock pot. Pour over beef and veggies
