Easy Chicken & Gravy

4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves (about 1 pound)
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 can (10 1/2 ounces) Franco-American® Chicken Gravy
4 cups hot cooked rice
1. Coat chicken with flour.
2. In medium skillet over medium heat, heat oil. Add chicken and cook 15 minutes or until chicken is browned and no longer pink. Remove and keep warm.
3. Add gravy and heat through. Serve with chicken and rice. Serves 4.
VARIATION: HERB CHICKEN: Add 1/8 teaspoon each dried thyme leaves, crushed and pepper with gravy.
VARIATION: CHICKEN PAPRIKA: Add 1/4 cup sour cream and 1/2 teaspoon paprika with gravy.
