Easy Baked Chicken

2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme leaves, crushed
4 chicken breast halves, skinned (about 2 pounds)
1 can (10 1/2 ounces) Franco-American® Chicken Gravy
4 cups hot mashed potatoes

1. Mix flour, pepper and thyme on plate. Coat chicken with flour mixture.
2. Place chicken in 2-quart shallow baking dish. Pour gravy over chicken. Bake at 375ºF. for 1 hour or until chicken is no longer pink. Serve with potatoes. Serves 4.

VARIATION: Lemon-Basil Chicken: Omit thyme. Mix 2 tablespoons lemon juice, 1 teaspoon dried basil, crushed, and gravy.
