Easiest Pie Crust
- Soften 1 lb lard to room temperature
- 1 Tbsp Salt
- 5-1/4 Cups flour
- Mix Lard, salt and flour in bowl until it’s like soft putty .
- Add one cup water .Mix water in with your hands, then divide into four sections.
- Each section is two crusts. Use flour when rolling out.
