Easiest Pie Crust


  • Soften 1 lb lard to room temperature
  • 1 Tbsp Salt
  • 5-1/4 Cups flour
  1. Mix Lard, salt and flour in bowl until it’s like soft putty .
  2. Add one cup water .Mix water in with your hands, then divide into four sections.
  3. Each section is two crusts. Use flour when rolling out.
