Dulce De Leche Ice Cream
Ingredients
2 (14 oz.) cans Dulce de Leche Caramel sauce
4 eggs*
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
1 pint whipping cream
2 pints half and half
1 Tablespoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon salt
*Egg Beaters can be substituted
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs(or egg-beaters) add brown sugar, then the milks. Stir in Dulce de Leche.
Freeze in your ice cream freezer according to the manufacturer’s directions.
