Delicious Taco Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground chuck
  • 2 C. water
  • 1 packet Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix
  • 1 can pinto beans
  • 2 cans shoepeg corn
  • 1 can rotel chilies, diced
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 pkg. taco seasoning
  • 1 can black beans
  • 1 can kidney beans
  • 1 large can diced tomatoes
  • salt and pepper to taste
  1. Brown meat and onion in skillet. Drain
  2. In a large pot pour the meat mixture. Add all the other ingredients including liquid. Do not drain corn or beans. Simmer till warm
  3. Leftover soup can be thickened with a little flour and water and eaten over lettuce and cornchips as a taco salad or in a flour tortilla as a burrito
