Delicious Sour Cream Pear Pie

Ingredients

  • 2 c ripe pears, peeled and diced
  • 1/2 c sugar
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1 T flour
  • 1 c sour cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • dash salt
  • 1 unbaked 9″ pie shell

Topping:

  • 1/2 c sugar
  • 1/3 c flour
  • 1/4 c butter
  1. Combine all ingredients; blend gently. Spoon into unbaked pie shell
  2. Bake 350° 25 minutes
  3. Combine all topping ingredients till well mixed. Sprinkle on top of pie. Return to oven for 30 mins more
