Delicious Potato Soup

Ingredients

  • 3 cups diced, peeled potatoes
  • 1/3 cup diced celery
  • 1/2 cup diced ham
  • 3 cups water
  • 2 Tbsp chicken bouillon granules
  • salt and white pepper to taste
  • 3 Tbsp butter
  • 3 Tbsp flour
  • 2 cups milk
  1. Cook potatoes, celery, onion and ham in a large stockpot with water until potatoes are tender, but not mushy, approximately 15 minutes
  2. Add bouillon, salt and pepper to taste
  3. Combine butter and flour to make a roux, add milk and thicken
  4. Stir into potato mixture, heat and serve
