Dean’s Marinated Pork Loin

1 – 2½ to 5 lb pork loin

Marinade:
1-1/3 cup Original Cookies Bar-B-Q Sauce
1/4 cup lime juice
2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
2 Tbsp soy Sauce
2 Tbsp brown sugar

Sprinkle each side of meat with Cookies Flavor Enhancer. Pierce deeply with meat fork. Combine marinade and pour over meat. Refrigerate and pierce every 15 minutes for 1 hour. Refrigerate overnight. Meat needs to be turned and pierced every 30 minutes for 3 – 4 hours prior to grilling. Sear on hot flame for about 10 minutes on each side, then lower flame and cook until done. Brush marinade on meat after each turn. Serving size: 3 – 4 oz., 5 lbs will serve 18 people.
