Dat’l Do-It Minorcan Slaw

Quarter cabbage head and remove heart. Slice cabbage, not too thick or thin. Put aside. Mix together mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, Dat’l Do-It Datil Pepper Hot Sauce, salt, pepper and celery seed. Dice bacon and crisp it in a skillet. Drain and add to slaw sauce. Mix sauce with cabbage and refrigerate. Serves a whole bunch. You may not need all the sauce; add gradually until the consistency you like is reached.
