Dandelion Salad

Ingredients

  • 4 cups dandelion leaves
  • 4 cups romaine lettuce leaves
  • 2 cups diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup chopped chives
  • 1/4 cup chive flowers
  • 1 cup chopped dandelion flowers

Dressing

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon tamari
  • 2 tsp. lime juice
  1.  Wash and dry the greens.
  2. Tear into bite size pieces.
  3. Place greens, tomatoes and chives in a large pretty bowl and toss well.
  4. Add the dressing and garnish with the chive and dandelion flowers.
