Daisy’s Bar-B-Q Split Loin Ribs
6 Tbsp butter
½ cup minced onion
½ tsp dry mustard (optional)
1½ cups Cookies Western Style Bar-B-Q Sauce
½ cup brown sugar
Sauté onion in butter, add all other ingredients.
Bring to a gentle boil, simmer for a few minutes.
To cook Split Loin Ribs:
Strain some of the Sauce to remove onion. Use this to inject into the meaty part of the split-loin. Then place ribs, bone side down on rib rack, cook over charcoal grill for about 20 minutes, then begin to baste with Sauce. Total cooking time about 1 hr. 20 min. Cooking time will vary.
