Crockpot Barbecued Ribs

Ingredients

  • 2 to 2 1/2 pounds of country style ribs.
  • 2 Large Onions, Sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. Vinegar
  • 1-1/2 Tbsp Chili Powder
  • 1 Cup Ketchup
  • 1 Cup Water
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste
  1. Brown ribs, cut excess fat. Put them in the crock pot and add the other ingredients.
  2. Cook on low 6 to 8 hours.
