Crocked Cheese

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. sharp cheddar, finely grated
  • 8 oz. pkg cream cheese
  • 6 oz. bleu cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 dashes Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 dash Tabasco or pinch of cayenne
  • 2 Tbsp. cognac or brandy
  1. Have all ingredients at room temperature
  2. Mix and let mellow at least three days in refrigerator in an airtight container
