Crock Pot Pork Chops And Potatoes

Ingredients

6 pork chops, 3/4 inch thick

Salt & pepper

1 tbsp. cooking oil

3 tbsp. Margarine

4 c. seasoned croutons

3/4 c. water, divided

3 med. potatoes, quartered

1 can mushroom soup

Instructions

Brown pork chops in a Dutch oven in oil; add salt and pepper. Melt margarine, then mix croutons with margarine and add 1/4 cup water. Shape crouton mixture into small balls and place them on top of the pork chops. Place potato quarters around chops, pour soup on top of the entire dish, add 1/2 cup water and cook 6-8 hours on low in the crockpot.
