Crock Pot Meatballs And Cabbage

Ingredients

1 can mushroom stems and pieces

1 lb. hamburger

1/4 c. onions

2 tbsp. soy sauce

1 tbsp. Cornstarch

1 egg, slightly beaten

1/2 tsp. Ginger

2 tbsp. Margarine

1 sm. head cabbage, chopped

Instructions

Drain mushrooms, save liquid, add enough water to make 1/2 cup. Mince mushrooms and put in bowl with liquid, beef, onions, cornstarch, soy sauce, egg and ginger. Mix well and shape into balls. Put cabbage in large saucepan. Add meatballs and 1 cup water. Bring to boil. Cook in crockpot 2-4 hours on low.
