Crock Pot Beef Barley Soup

Ingredients

1 lb. beef stew meat, cook, take off fat

1 med. onion, diced

3 stalks celery, diced

5 carrots, diced

1 qt. V-8 juice

Salt & pepper (as you like)

1/4 tsp. garlic powder

1/2 c. barley

Instructions

Use broth from cooking meat. Add all ingredients. Put in crock pot. Simmer all day. (May cook meat in crockpot half a day, then add vegetables and cook another half a day.)
