Crispy Chili Twists

Ingredients

  • 2 cups uncooked rotini pasta
  • vegetable oil
  • 2 Tbsp grated Parmesan
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp seasoned salt
  • 1/8 tsp garlic powder
  1. Cook and drain pasta as directed
  2. Rinse with cold water and drain very thoroughly (excess water on pasta will cause oil to splatter)
  3. Heat 1″ of oil to 375°
  4. Fry pasta, about 1 cup at a time, about 2 minutes or till crisp and light brown, stirring if necessary to separate
  5. Drain on paper towels
  6. Mix remaining ingredients in a large bowl and toss with pasta till evenly coated
