Creamy Citrus Pie
- 1 graham cracker crust
- 1 container of non-fat non-dairy whipped topping (Cool Whip)
- 1 package of lemon pudding/pie filling mix
- 4 cups of lemon or lime flavored non-fat yogurt
- 1 teaspoon orange extract or 2 teaspoons frozen orange concentrate
- In a large bowl mix together whipped topping, pudding mix, yogurt, and orange flavoring and beat on high for 5 minutes.
- Pour into the crust and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
