Creamy Broccoli Soup

Ingredients

  • 3 bouillon cubes (chicken or beef)
  • 6 Cups water
  • 1 head broccoli, broken up
  • 1/2 Cup chopped onion
  • 1 c. instant dry milk
  • dash cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp salt (I leave out)
  • 2 tbs butter
  • dash nutmeg
  1. Boil water, dissolve cubes, add broccoli and cook until soft about 45 minutes. Add onion, milk, pepper, salt & butter. Simmer for 1/2 hour.
  2. Put in blender and mix.
  3. Reheat and add dash of nutmeg to each bowlful.
