Cream Cheese Biscuits

INGREDIENTS:

 

  • 1/2 pound unsalted butter
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 cups flour
  • 6 oz cream cheese

STEP BY STEP:

 

  1. Combine cream cheese and butter in a mixer bowl. Beat until well blended
  2. Add salt and flour; mix well. Roll out to a thickness of 1/4-inch
  3. Cut into 2-inch rounds. Place on a buttered baking sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes, until golden.
