Cranberry Apple Pie

Ingredients

  • Pastry for a 2 crust pie
  • 3 cups sliced tart apples
  • 2 cups fresh cranberries
  • 2 tbsp. margarine
  • 1-3/4 cups sugar
  • 1/4 cup flour
  1. Combine sugar and flour
  2. Alternate layers of apples, sugar then cranberries
  3. Pour into bottom crust
  4. Dot with margarine and cover with top crust
  5. Bake at 375 degrees for 40-50 minutes
