- 1/2 lb. imitation crab meat, finely chopped
- 32 oz. jar Prego (green peppers and mushrooms)
- 1 lb. fat free cottage cheese
- 8 oz. mozzarella cheese
- 4 oz. parmesan cheese
- 12 wonton wrappers
- 1 tbsp thyme
- 1 tbsp oregano
- 1 egg
- Mix seasonings, egg and cottage cheese together.Spread a ¼ cup ragu on sprayed 9×13.
- Place two wonton wrappers on top of Prego. Spread, very thinly, half of the cottage cheese mixtures.
- Place two or more wrappers on top of the cottage cheese. Spread ½ jar of Prego on wrappers. Crumble crab meat of sauce. Sprinkle parmesan.
- Place two or more wrappers on top of parmesan. Spread remainder of cottage cheese. Sprinkle 1 cup of mozzarella. Spread remainder of Prego and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 55-60min.
