Corky\’s Cole Slaw

1 medium head of green cabbage — shredded
2 medium carrots — grated
1 green pepper — finely diced
2 Tbsp. onion — grated
2 C mayonnaise
3/4 C sugar
1/4 C dijon mustard
1/4 C cider vinegar
2 Tbsp. celery seeds
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp white pepper
Methods/steps
1. Mix vegetables in a bowl.
2. Mix remaining ingredients in another.
3. Mix together and toss well.
4. Cover and refigerate 3-4 hours.
Additional Tips
Personally I use a mandolin slicer and get the cabbage VERY thin. The wife just chops it and it goes much quicker. Either way, this is a great slaw recipe.
