Cookie “Pat” Pie Crust

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup margarine-softened
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped pecan
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  1. With hands, mix all ingredients to form a soft dough.
  2. Press firmly & evenly into bottom & sides (not on rim) of 9 inch pie pan.
  3. Bake 12 to 15 minutes in preheated 400º oven. Watch carefully so it doesn’t get browned.
  4. Cool before filling with your favorite fluffy or unbaked filling.
