Cookie “Pat” Pie Crust
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup margarine-softened
- 1/4 cup finely chopped pecan
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- With hands, mix all ingredients to form a soft dough.
- Press firmly & evenly into bottom & sides (not on rim) of 9 inch pie pan.
- Bake 12 to 15 minutes in preheated 400º oven. Watch carefully so it doesn’t get browned.
- Cool before filling with your favorite fluffy or unbaked filling.
