Ingredients
1 small head iceberg lettuce, quartered
1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, grilled and thinly sliced
1 large pear, thinly sliced
1 green onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. chopped unsalted cashews
1/2 cup Wish-Bone® Light Asian Sesame Ginger Vinaigrette Dressing
Arrange lettuce on 4 salad plates, then evenly top with chicken, pear, green onion and cashews. Drizzle with Wish-Bone® Light Asian Sesame Ginger Vinaigrette Dressing.
