Comforting Chicken Noodle Soup

Ingredients

  • 2 qts. water
  • 8 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 6-1/2 C. uncooked wide egg noodles
  • 2 cans condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
  • 3 C. cooked, cubed chicken
  • 1 C. sour cream
  1. In a large saucepan bring water and bouillon to boil. Add noodles and cook, uncovered, till tender, about 10 minutes. Do not drain. Add soup and chicken and heat through
  2. Remove from heat and stir in sour cream
  3. Sprinkle with parsley
