Coconut Pecan Pie

Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs (slightly beaten)
  • 1 c. light corn syrup
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 3 tbls. butter melted
  • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. pecans
  • 1/2 c. coconut
  1. Beat eggs well.
  2. Stir in the remaining ingredients and fold in nuts and coconut.
  3. Pour in pie shell.
  4. Bake at 325º for 40 minutes or until set.
