Coconut Chess Pie

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1-1/2 cups sugar
  • 1-1/2 cups milk
  • 1 Tbsp flour
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 3/4 can Angel Flake coconut
  • 1 unbaked pie crust
  1. Put coconut in bottom of unbaked pie shell
  2. Combine rest of ingredients and pour on top of coconut
  3. Bake in peheated oven at 350 for about 45 minutes
