Cocktail Chicken Wings

Ingredients

  • 24 Chicken wings
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
  • 1/2 cup sherry
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • vegetable oil for frying
  1. Disjoint chicken wings into three sections. Discard tip end.
  2. In a large bowl combine garlic, ginger, sherry, soy sauce. Add the chicken pieces and marinate chicken in refrigerator at least one hour.
  3. Heat about 3/4 inch oil in a deep saucepan over moderately high heat. Fry chicken pieces about 10 minutes or until golden brown
