Cocktail Cheese Balls

Ingredients

  • 8 oz Neufchatel cheese, softened
  • 1/4 c Plain nonfat yogurt
  • 4 oz Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 oz shredded swiss cheese
  • 2 tsp Grated onion
  • 2 tsp Prepared horseradish
  • 1 tsp Country-style Dijon Mustard
  • 1/4 c Chopped fresh parsley
  1. Combine Nuefchatel cheese & yogurt in large bowl
  2. Beat at med speed until smooth
  3. Add cheddar cheese & next 4 ingredients; stir well
  4. Cover, chill at least 1 hour
  5. Shape cheese mix in ball
  6. Sprinkle with parsely
  7. Wrap cheese ball in plastic wrap, chill
