8 ounces sour cream
2 sticks margarine or butter
2 1/2 cups Hodgson Mill white flour
2 teaspoons Clabber Girl Baking Powder
Combine the sour cream and butter; blend well. Stir in the flour and Clabber Girl Baking Powder. Mix well. Form 1/2-inch balls and put 3 in each cup of the muffin tin.
Bake at 450 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes, or until edges are golden. Makes 12 to 14 biscuits.
