Clinton’s Favorite Pie

Ingredients

  • 2 (8 oz) pkgs. cream cheese, fat free
  • 1 pkg sugar free lemon Jell-O
  • 1 pkg sugar free instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 c crushed pineapple drained
  • 1/4 c diet lemon lime soda + 2/3 c dry powdered milk
  1. Mix all ingredients and add 1/4 c lite whip topping
  2. Place in a graham cracker crust (6 oz)
  3. Mix 1/4 c apricot jam & 1/2 c lite whipped topping. Spread over pie
  4. Sprinkle with 2 T chopped pecans. Or if you want to be fancy place nuts all around the edges.
