Clam Canapes

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg cream cheese (8 oz)
  • 1 can minced clams, drained
  • salt to taste
  • dash of red pepper
  • 3/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp minced green onion
  1. Whip the cheese with a fork
  2. Add the clams and mix well
  3. Add remaining ingredients and whip well
  4. Place in refrigerator in a covered dish
  5. When ready to serve, heap generously on plain white salty crackers and bake at 300° for 20 minutes
