Cider Orange Ham


8 lbs. spiral cut ham
1 cup apple cider
1 orange, quartered
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 Tbl. mulling spice mix


Preheat the oven to 300 degrees. Place the ham in large Dutch oven. Pour the cider, oranges, and mulling spices in the bottom of the pan. Sprinkle the cinnamon and nutmeg over the top of the ham. Cover and bake at 300 degrees for 1 – 1 ½ hours. Remove from the heat and let rest for 15 minutes before serving.
