Chocolate Eclair


1 (16 ounce) package graham crackers

2 (4 ounce) packages Jello instant vanilla pudding mix

3 cups milk

1 (8 ounce)tub cool whip

1 (16 ounce)can Milk Chocolate Frosting


Mix the pudding mix, cool whip, and milk in a bowl. Put the first layer of graham crackers in the bottom of a 8×10 pan. Spoon half of the pudding mixture over the cookies and spread evenly. Repeat with another layer of graham crackers. Then spoon the second half of the pudding mixure over the cookies and spread evenly. Now add the last layer of cookies.

Finally microwave the chocolate frosting for 1 minute. Then spread evenly over the final layer of cookies. refrigerate cake overnight or for at least 3 hours.
