Chocolate Eclair Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 small box graham crackers
  • 2 (3-oz) pkgs of instant french vanilla pudding
  • 3 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 (9 oz) carton Cool Whip
  • 1 tub chocolate frosting
  1. Butter bottom and sides of 13×9 pan and line bottom with graham crackers.
  2. Mix pudding with milk. Blend in Cool Whip. Layer pudding, crackers ending with crackers.
  3. Top with 1 tub chocolate frosting.
  4. Refrigerate 24 hrs.
