Chocolate Cookies

1 package Jello Instant Chocolate Pudding — (4 oz)
1 c. Bisquick baking mix
1/4 cup soy oil or corn oil
1 egg
Peanut butter chips or M&M; candy toppings
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine pudding mix and baking mix in bowl. Mix together with wooden spoon. Add corn or soy oil and egg. Mix together until a ball forms. Shape a spoonful of dough into a 1/2-inch ball. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Place dough balls about 2 inches apart. Press your thumb into the middle of each ball to make a thumbprint. Place a piece of candy in the middle. Bake for 5 to 8 minutes. Remove cookies from cookie sheet with spatula and place on a piece of paper towel.
(Makes about 3 dozen cookies.)
