Chocolate Chip Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 (9″) pie shell, unbaked
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c sugar
  • 1/4 c butter, melted
  • 3-4 T vanilla
  • 1/4 c cornstarch
  • 1 c pecans, finely chopped
  • 1 pkg. (6 oz) chocolate chips
  1. Prepare pastry shell and set aside
  2. Beat eggs slightly; gradually add sugar. Add melted butter and vanilla; mix well. Blend in cornstarch; stir in pecans and chocolate chips
  3. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350° for 45-50 mins.
  4. Cool one hour before serving
